Hotel spas and wellness centres in the main cities offer massage, steam rooms, and beauty treatments after a day of travel.

Many of the larger hotels in Mogadishu, Hargeisa, and Garowe have spa or wellness facilities, and independent salons offer traditional treatments such as henna and incense.

Facilities and treatments are usually separate for men and women.
